Job Title:Hostess - 5 Star Hotel
• Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
• Job Type: Full-time
• Job Summary:
• Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and personalized experience.

2. Manage restaurant reservations, including booking, canceling, and modifying reservations.

3. Coordinate with the food and beverage team to ensure timely and efficient service.

4. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any dining-related issues promptly and professionally.

5. Maintain accurate records and reports, including reservation logs and guest preferences.

6. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a 5-star hotel.

3. Fluency in Hindi and English.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

6. Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
