Air Condition Technician

We currently have an opportunity for a Multi Skilled Tenchinician with a mechanical bias to join our team.
• Role Responsibility
- Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests
- Assist with monthly reports
- The first point of contact for the techinician supervisor
- Carry out multi-skilled activities within maintainance
- Control of sub-contractors PPM visit
- Willingness to undertake OOH working (Weekends and Evenings) Optional
- Manage and maintain the asset register updating when required
- Be part of the OOH emergency on call team
- Be proactive in new innovations and improved systems
- Be fully aware of the contract requirements for variable and managed works
- Responsibility of maintaining and being proactive
- Ensure all KPI’s are completed
- Responsible for site safety, completing weekly checks and reporting any issues
- Responsible for managing and issuing permits for all contractors working within the Building
- Participate with the on-site/external training as an when required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
