Job Brief
As a Project Architect - Planning & Design you will be responsible to head projects from day zero to the handover, this is a full-time role at Poetry Designs in Bengaluru. The Project Architect will be responsible for submittals, architecture, project management, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and overall project success.
Roles & responsibilities
• Experience in Architectural floor planning and designing carving out unique living spaces
• Experience in residential villa planning, construction and interiors preferred
• Lead team and conduct client meetings
• Plan efficient project management
• Act as point of contact for all technical issues
• Oversee the execution and delivery of the project
• Proficiency in creative and critical thinking
• Demonstrated experience in client servicing and client handling
• Ability to work on tight timelines with strong attention to detail
• Strong Leadership skills and ability to manage projects effectively
• Highly organized and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience 2-3 years related experience. Open to evaluate talented freshers too.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUP, V-ray, Enscape etc.
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
• Exposure towards AI design & planning tools is a plus
