Interior Design Expert

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a skilled Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating bespoke design solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. To achieve this, you should possess excellent creative thinking skills and be able to craft modular designs based on conversations with clients.

Effective communication is key in this role, as you will need to regularly interact with clients to understand their needs and adjust your approach accordingly. Staying up-to-date with the latest interior design trends and developments is also crucial to delivering exceptional results.

Some of the key responsibilities of this position include:
• Owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure.
• Ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading and owning quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
• Managing end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to completion.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following expertise and qualifications:
• Graduation or relevant diploma in a field related to interior design.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an interior designer, preferably in a similar role.
• A proven track record of leading and delivering successful turnkey or full-home residential projects.
• Excellent knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentation software and AutoCAD.
• Strong expertise in conceptual design, technical design, and modular design.
• Ability to create bills of quantities (BoQ) for customers and coordinate with internal and external agencies.
• Sales expertise, including logical and trusted sales pitches and the ability to drive and lead design meetings with clients.
• Behavioral attributes such as result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp, and meaningful communication.
• High degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
