This dynamic role is the powerhouse behind the Chief Brand and Marketing Office, driving seamless coordination and support across the team. From strategic diary planning and travel logistics to managing invoices, recruitment, and compliance, it keeps everything running smoothly. With a flair for event planning, it also brings major team moments to life—like Team Days, All-ins, and end-of-year celebrations—making every occasion memorable.
What do I need?
We're looking for a superstar Team Assistant who brings:

Proven Experience supporting senior leaders with top-tier administrative expertise.
Sharp Organisation & Problem-Solving Skills to keep everything running like clockwork.
Tech Confidence with advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, OneNote, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
Proactive Energy and the confidence to make decisions and take initiative.
Insider Knowledge of Westpac systems like PeopleHQ and COUPA, plus the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
