Job Title: Informatica Administrator – MDM/E360 & PIM/P360

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Administrator with hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM (E360) and PIM (P360). This is a core administration role, and we are not looking for Informatica Developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering Informatica platforms in enterprise environments and must demonstrate practical knowledge and production support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end administration of Informatica MDM/E360 and PIM/P360 environments
- Installation, configuration, upgrade, and patch management of Informatica tools
- Manage user access, security policies, and high availability setups
- Monitor server health, performance tuning, job scheduling, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams for deployments and environment maintenance
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and workflows
- Provide production support and resolve issues within defined SLAs

Must-Have Skills:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM/E360 and PIM/P360 Administration
- Strong experience with platform setup, metadata management, and server configuration
- Expertise in backup & recovery processes, upgrades, and system performance optimization
- Experience handling user roles, privileges, and access controls
- Exposure to clustered environments, load balancing, and high availability configurations

Good to Have:

- Working knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter (PC) and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) from an admin perspective
- Familiarity with DevOps integration, monitoring tools, and automation scripting
