Hybrid work arrangements (travel to Geelong weekly is required)
Salary range: $ 110,000 to $130,000 per year (plus a company car)

In this role, you will:

Actively develop and manage a diverse portfolio of business clients and referral partners, identifying new opportunities and driving growth
Represent Beyond Bank in the business community, building strong connections with professionals such as accountants, lawyers, and financial planners
Deliver exceptional service by creating trusted, long-term relationships and providing tailored banking solutions
Achieve personal lending targets while contributing to the success of the broader Business Banking team
Prepare detailed lending submissions that balance opportunity with risk, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations
Proactively build networks and identify new business and referral opportunities

Has proven experience in business banking and a strong grasp of commercial lending

Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
Brings strong negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing skills to every interaction
Holds relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred but not essential)
