Job description
We are hiring for Analyst/ Sr. Analyst Decision Analyst role with a leading investment Bank.

Location : Delhi/ NCR

Education: B.Tech/ MBA from Good institute.

Exp : 1-5 yrs

Responsibility:

- Development of strategies-risk/Fraud/collection/Customer segmentation using statistical and analytical techniques including decision trees, random forests and other quantitative methods.

- Identify performance trends, customer behaviors and commercial opportunities and risks through application of quantitative analytical skills

- Involved in providing strategic inputs / insights for improving processes.

- Undertake analysis to understand customer behavior, product and financial performance to then help to maximize product performance, support product plans and drive key strategic initiatives with support from senior analytics colleagues.

- Optimization of existing strategies to determine areas where rules can be adjusted to improve the ROI and overall performance

- Contribute to the design, test and build of complex information across multiple decision engines to identify causal links between customer behaviour and business opportunities and performance

- Demonstrate an innovative approach to data-based problem solving, and have input into the

- Experience in creating business models, both financial and consumer behavioural

- Experience in using innovative customer analysis to identify commercial opportunities

- Experience of programming in SQL, and in additional computer languages (e.g. SAS, R, Python) desirable.
