Are you a skilled Journeyman Plumber with a passion for travel and hands-on work? Join the INNhotels team; a proudly Canadian, family-run company with hotel properties across Alberta and British Columbia.

We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Journeyman Plumber (Red Seal Certified) to join our construction and maintenance team. This unique role will have you on the road 90-100% of the time, servicing and upgrading plumbing systems across 8 hotel properties in scenic destinations across AB and BC.

What You'll Do:
• Travel to hotel properties to perform plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
• Install and maintain plumbing systems, including water heaters, boilers, and piping.
• Ensure all work meets current plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Work closely with on-site hotel teams and corporate construction staff to coordinate projects.
• Keep accurate records of completed work, materials used, and timelines.
• Represent INNhotels with professionalism and top-tier service at every property.

What You Bring:
• Journeyman Plumber certification with Red Seal (required)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in plumbing maintenance and repair
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and schematics
• Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and independent work skills
• A willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight when needed (90-100% travel)
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Your own set of tools (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$82,000.00 per year
