Job Summary:We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize prompts that enhance the performance of large language models like ChatGPT, GPT-4, and similar models. This role will involve understanding specific use cases, crafting tailored prompts, and refining responses to maximize accuracy and relevance. Creating AI agents using Prompting technique.Key Responsibilities:Prompt Development: Create, test, and iterate prompts that deliver desired outputs across various applications (e.g., customer support, content generation, coding assistance).Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of prompts, using insights to make data-driven improvements.Experimentation and Iteration: Run experiments to test the effectiveness of different prompt styles, structures, and parameters to achieve optimal results.Collaboration: Work closely with AI researchers, product managers, and developers to understand specific needs and improve model outputs in alignment with product goals.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of prompt strategies, insights, and best practices for cross-functional sharing.User-Centric Optimization: Focus on delivering a user-friendly experience, ensuring that prompts generate accurate, understandable, and contextually appropriate responses.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with advancements in AI language models and prompt engineering techniques to apply the latest practices in your work.Creating AI AgentsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred but not required).Experience with prompt engineering or working with language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude).Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts.Analytical skills to assess prompt effectiveness and iterate based on data.Creative thinking with the ability to craft prompts that yield high-quality, reliable outputs.Proficiency in Python or similar languages, with experience in manipulating and analyzing text data.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience with OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.Familiarity with machine learning concepts, model fine-tuning, and hyperparameter optimization.Experience in a related industry (e.g., customer support automation, content creation tools).
