Deal Advisory is a multi-disciplinary team covering a range of services including Restructuring and Insolvency, Transaction Services, Valuations, Modelling, Infrastructure Advisory and Mergers and Acquisitions.

The opportunity:
Our Auckland Deals team are looking for an experienced Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. You will have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills to deliver commercially focused solutions on a wide range of valuation and corporate finance projects, as part of our fun and supportive market-leading team.
Day to day you will:
Assist in preparing high-quality valuation reports and financial models
Support project delivery across various engagements, including conducting financial analysis and report writing
Conduct commercial analysis and structure deal features while applying an awareness and understanding of the general business and economic environments
Participate actively in and complete technical training
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
What you'll bring to the team:
At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role within Corporate Finance Advisory, boutique or investment banking environment
CA or CFA qualification desirable (but not required)
Excellent academic record in a relevant discipline
Strong written, communication and analytical/MS excel skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently but also able to collaborate effectively with your team
A high level of self-motivation, energy and drive
