Argent FM is an Essex based Facilities Management company that service a portfolio of both commercial and residential clients. Our customers are currently based across London, Greater London, Essex, Home Counties, Surrey and Brighton.

We are in an exciting period of exponential growth, especially on our commercial side of the business and are now seeking qualified, dedicated commercial plumber to join our team.

The role will predominantly involve working by yourself but there are opportunities to work with the wider team attending multiple smaller jobs or larger complex works each day. You will be provided with a company van, fuel card, trade cards and have overtime available upon approval.

The role of the commercial plumber includes:

· attending commercial clients ranging from schools, private members clubs, retail outlets, care homes and high end apartment blocks to carry out planned repairs, inspections or call outs;

· providing accurate and timely information to working progress via an app linked to our internal CAFM system including clear pictures and job reports;

· managing your planned diary, ensuring clear communication with our office teams to discuss works, materials and any queries before reaching site;

· providing a high standard of customer service to clients/residents;

· maintaining a clean and tidy van and managing stock levels;

· ensuring all works carried out are carried out to a high standard, fully compliant with safe and efficient working practices.

Specifics of the role:

· Working hours are 8-4.30pm and we do request 1 hour each side of the day in your own time to allow for travel.

· This role is a subcontractor opportunity, and you will be paid on a weekly basis. PAYE opportunities are available after a 12 week probationary period.

· Day rate is dependent on experience and will be discussed at interview stage.

· You will need to be CIS approved and DBS checked.

· Having use of a company van will require a full, clean UK driving license – please note, the van is for company use only.

· Working locations are predominantly within the M25 area.
