Full job description
Worldlink Holdings, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to join our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance, with a clear path to advancement toward Controller and ultimately CFO. The Accounting Associate will play a key role in supporting our accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple states.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Accounting Associate will work closely with the CFO in performance of the following duties:

Assist with general ledger maintenance, including posting journal entries and ensuring account accuracy.
Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
Support the production of management reports by gathering and organizing financial data.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Aid in the annual independent audit process by preparing schedules, gathering documentation, and responding to auditor requests.
Help collect and organize data required for multi-state tax returns and compliance filings.
Collaborate with other members of the finance team to improve processes and support business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Experience with general ledger systems, account reconciliations, and financial reporting preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Demonstrated interest in professional growth and a career in finance leadership.
