Are you ready to take your plumbing career to new heights? Got Flow Plumbing & AC Services is seeking a talented full-time Plumbing Subcontractor to join our team in the vibrant Greater Houston Area!
The pay for this position is 20% to 30% of the ticket. We also offer great benefits such as health, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), and 1 week of paid vacation after one year of employment.
As a Plumbing Subcontractor, your schedule will vary depending on contracted jobs.
THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• A current plumbing license or apprentice card
Customer referrals and pictures of previous jobs are preferred but not required.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A PLUMBING SUBCONTRACTOR
You start your day by reviewing the day's assignments and gathering the necessary tools and equipment. You head out to your first job site, where you'll tackle a sewer line installation with precision and efficiency. With each task, whether it's a tunnel repair or a whole house repipe, you showcase your expertise and dedication to quality workmanship. Throughout the day, you engage with clients, providing guidance, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction.
