Videographer/Editor (Independent Contractor – ~15 hours/week)

Adverb Marketing is looking for a creative and reliable Videographer/Editor to support our growing roster of marketing clients. This is an independent contractor role, averaging 15 hours per week, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working with different brands, and is passionate about bringing content calendars to life through engaging video.

We’re looking for someone with experience in videography who has their own gear, is punctual and professional, and is comfortable traveling to various filming locations across Montreal and Laval. Editing can be done remotely on your own time — but delivering polished, on-brand content on schedule is key.

What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with our internal team and follow the content calendars we develop for our clients.
• Film high-quality video content on-site at client locations (primarily in Montreal and Laval).
• Edit raw footage into engaging final videos that align with each client’s brand and goals.
• Incorporate graphics, sound, and music as needed to elevate the final product.
• Deliver finished videos on time and ensure consistency with brand standards.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Prior experience in videography and editing for marketing or social media content.

✅ Own your own camera, lighting, and audio gear suitable for professional client work.

✅ Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).

✅ Ability to tell a story visually and capture authentic moments that fit our clients’ brands.

✅ Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently while communicating effectively.

✅ Willingness and ability to travel around Montreal and Laval for filming.

A portfolio of past videography and editing work is required with your application.
