• Edit Videos with Precision: Edit videos for social media, web, and internal channels. Ensure that content is engaging, polished, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with our social media, design, and marketing teams to ensure that video content integrates seamlessly with broader marketing strategies.
• Innovate with Visual Storytelling: Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table. Experiment with different styles of video content, from short-form social videos to longer, narrative-driven pieces.
• Optimize for Platforms: Edit videos for a variety of platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring that the format and style fit the unique audience and platform needs.
• Handle Multiple Projects: Manage several projects simultaneously, staying organized and meeting deadlines, while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
• Lead Video Shoots: Take ownership of video production from start to finish—scoping, storyboarding, filming, editing, and final delivery.

What We’re Looking For:
• 5 years of experience in video production and editing, with a proven track record of creating high-quality video content.
• Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects ( Motion graphics is a must ), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into captivating video content that aligns with brand objectives.
• Knowledge of video formats and best practices for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
• Excellent organizational skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects, stay on top of timelines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to deliver on creative vision.
• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude, aligning with The Lab’s values of True Grit, Continuous Improvement, and Ownership & Initiative.
