The Role:
Working collaboratively with the Area Manager, you’ll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results
Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset
Genuine CARE, for your team, your customers, and the overall success of the business
Ability to COACH, mentor and uplift your team, helping each individual grow and succeed
High ENERGY and a can do attitude that motivates those around you and drives a positive store culture
Ownership and ACCOUNTABILITY across all store operations, ensuring smooth and successful day to day performance
The courage to INNOVATE, with the confidence to bring fresh ideas and lead change
A passion for NIKE, health and fitness and bringing your best
