Position Details
• Job Title: Finishes Designer
• Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract (Negotiable)
• Location: Vancouver & Surrounding Areas (Hybrid work available)

Key Responsibilities
• Select and recommend finishing materials (flooring, wall coverings, millwork, paint, tile, etc.)
• Develop and present design concepts for material finishes
• Collaborate with project managers, designers and contractors to ensure cohesive execution
• Source and specify high-quality materials in alignment with project goals
• Conduct site visits to oversee finishing applications and ensure quality control
• Manage client presentations and communicate material selections effectively
• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in interior finishes

Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design or finishes selection
• Strong knowledge of material properties, finishes, and applications
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit (preferred)
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Eligible to work in Canada (Work Permit holders welcome to apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,400.00-$5,100.00 per month

Additional pay:
• Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:
• French not required

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Port Coquitlam, BC
