G3 Auto Solutions Limited is a trusted provider of general mechanical repairs and automotive servicing in the Auckland region. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Motor Mechanics to join our team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, and who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship in a busy, customer-focused workshop.

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using both manual and computerised diagnostic tools.
Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, steering, exhausts, and cooling systems.
Conduct routine servicing including oil changes, fluid checks, battery tests, and filter replacements.
Carry out road testing to assess vehicle performance post-repairs.
Dismantle and reassemble engines and mechanical components as required.
Interpret workshop manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
Advise customers on repair needs, timeframes, and costs.
Maintain accurate job cards and service records.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $27 to $35 per hour.

Other important requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or a minimum relevant Level 4 Certificate.
WOF certification preferred but can gain this qualification once onboard.
