As a Store Manager with Johnny Bigg, you are responsible for providing superior customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them. Ideally, we are looking for our customers who love how we serve them – someone who loves our products & represents our brand.

Your role as a Johnny Bigg Store Manager:
Be passionate about customer service and delivering a memorable experience for our customers
Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI’s
Assist in replenishment and unpacking of stock
Maintaining store presentation standards
Act with Urgency with customers and tasks
Availability and flexibility through extended hours including late night trades, weekends and public holidays.
About You:
Have exceptional customer service skills
Take pride in your personal style and presentation
Have an interest in fashion and trends
Have previous experience in retail or customer service (preferable)
Loves working in a fast-paced environment
Is someone who takes initiative, quick thinking and loves problem solving
Must be flexible
