• ✨ Comfortable with digital tools, community management, and Instagram engagement.
• ✨ You resonate with slow living, self-awareness, and conscious experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a remote-first role, with optional travel to city activations and retreats.

🔹 Online Events & Digital Community
• Run IG Lives, virtual workshops & habit-building challenges
• Manage content scheduling & daily engagement
• Keep the community calendar fresh and aligned

🔹 Offline Events & Activations
• Coordinate 1-day “Slowday” events and monthly city meetups
• Manage workshops and Swakaash city chapters
• Support logistics, venue scouting & on-ground execution

🔹 Retreat Support
• Handle pre- and post-communication for Slowcations
• Assist with guest logistics and enhance on-site experience

🔹 Community Engagement
• Welcome new members and create connection rituals
• Build deep bonds across chapters and interest circles
• Co-create programs that bring our values to life
