The Opportunity

We have a 12 month fixed term contract available for an experienced Change Manager to join our IT team with responsibility for managing the daily lifecycle of IT changes ensuring effective implementation and enabling business continuity.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

3+ years of experience in a similar IT change manager role
ITIL certification and demonstrated experience implementing ITIL aligned change practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency using ITSM tools like ServiceNow
