As our QC Technician , you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality, safety, and compliance of our products. Your meticulous nature and commitment to high standards will help us deliver excellence from the lab to the shelf.

You’ll be hands-on, organised, and curious, someone who enjoys working methodically in a fast-paced environment. From environmental sampling to supporting microbiological testing, your efforts will help uphold our integrity and commitment to care.

You’ll be assisting with daily lab routines such as balance and temperature checks, preparing media, booking in samples, and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace. You’ll also support the team with admin tasks, stock control, and help ensure health and safety procedures are followed to the highest standard.

What you’ll have:

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a clean, organised manner.

Good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.

An understanding of, and empathy with, Neal’s Yard Remedies’ values.

Valid UK work permit allowing full-time work.

Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.

The Details:

Full-time role: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday.

Based at our beautiful eco-factory, in Gillingham, Dorset.

07:00-15:00 work pattern
