About the business
Independent Locksmiths & Security is a family-owned business that has been operating for over 50 years. We specialise in the design, installation, and maintenance of professional security systems, including Locks and Restricted Master Keying, Safes, Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Monitoring. Based in North Parramatta, we employ 60 staff, including 20 on-road Technicians, and deliver high-quality security solutions to major commercial clients.
About the Role
We're seeking a Full-time Administrator to join our busy Service Department and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. In this role you will assist in supporting the Service Team.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer phone calls and take locksmith enquiries
Assist with service email enquiries
Book in quotes and jobs in simPRO job management system
Coordinate servicing of company fleet vehicles - scheduling & restocking
Assist the IMS departmeing in updating forms and policies on the WIKI.
Assist in maintaining customer portal requirements, such as updating compliance documents, ensuring technicians are compliant, collating and distributing field paperwork, closing off jobs in the portal
Assist Service Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required
Skills and Experience
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace/gmail
Experience using simPRO is an advantage (training will be provided).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work both independently or in a team
A friendly and proactive attitude
