Our Company:

Harrison Friedmann & Associates (HFA) Pty Ltd are a small, survey and land development company located in Carlton (NSW). Established in 1980, we provide services specialising in Surveying, Project Management, Civil Engineering and Water Service Coordination (WSC), accredited by Sydney Water.

We are looking to grow our WSC team and a newly created position for a WSC Administration Assistant is up for grabs.

The Role:

Assisting with the formatting and standardising of technical reports, specifications and fee proposals
Assisting with document control
Learning to process Sydney Water Section 73 applications and Sydney Water Building Plan approvals
Assisting the WSC team in coordinating Sydney Water Section 73 & Building Plan Approval works processes through construction, inspections and finalisation stages
· Understand, interpret and advise on Sydney Water policies and procedures

Liaison with stakeholders including Developers, Contractors and Sydney Water
· Working in a dynamic environment, alongside a supportive and diverse team.

What we are looking for:

· Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database programs

· Good analytical skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work well both within a team environment and with minimal supervision

· Ability to undertake duties efficiently using initiative and a strong attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
