As a manager of our Eastern Creek store you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests are always at the forefront of our thinking and actions during our trading hours which are: Monday - Sunday 10.30am - 9.00pm.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the store. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training and supporting inventory and financial management as required. Your responsibility will extend to overseeing food quality, maximising efficiency, and ultimately proactively enhancing customer satisfaction.

As Manager your roles and responsibilities will be ensuring front of house are trained and up to date on all menu items, rostering, ensuring maintenance of store is up to date and stock ordering from front of house food items.

Requirements:

Must be able to work in Australia full time.
Must be tech savvy
Excellent problem-solving skills to handle quick decision making in a pressurised environment.
Excellent customer etiquette skills.
Excellent multi tasking skills
Strong communication skills and a warm and inviting demeanour.
Passion for Kerbside's vision, objectives, services, and products.
The successful candidate will be supported by a great team. Opportunity for career progression and training is possible for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,938.12 – $81,734.91 per year
