Dental Lab Technician: Ceramist

We are looking for a determined, high energy, well-organized individual for the position of Dental Ceramist to join our company.
• Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for producing the esthetics that our customers have come to expect
• Responsible for building, contouring, and glazing of high end anterior and posterior restorations including porcelain to metal, Emax, Zirconia and implant restorations
• Start-to-finish proficiency in Ceramics: build-up, grind-in, contour and full anatomy
• Ability to produce artistic, esthetic, and consistent, high-quality porcelain work for smile design cases
• Ability to create custom shades and meet tight deadlines
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, terminology, and techniques preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in porcelain layering, contouring, and finishing of ceramic restorations
• High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent hand/eye coordination
• Ability to utilize magnification goggles for extended periods of time
• Team player is a must with willingness to learn new responsibilities
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
