Responsibilities
• Provide personal care services, including cleaning, cooking, and laundry.
• Offer companionship and support to clients in need.
• Administer medications as directed by the client's healthcare team.
• Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients.
• Assist clients with daily living activities, tailored to meet their specific needs.
• Perform specialized procedures for clients where training has been provided while demonstrating current competency.
• Document client conditions and report any unusual events or changes in client condition to the supervisor.
