We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to join our dynamic People & Culture team. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing workplace investigations, including Whistleblower cases, Workcover psychosocial claims, and standard employee relations matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and manage workplace investigations from intake to resolution.
Triage and assign cases based on complexity and scope.
Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters.
Represent P&C in Whistleblower Committee meetings.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
Collaborate with senior leaders, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in ER case management practices.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in an Employee Relations role.
Strong understanding of Industrial Relations and Equal Employment Opportunity legislation.
Proven experience in case management and working with line managers.
HR qualification (desirable).
Analytical mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in facilitating training and workshops.
