Join the Dynamic Team at Brighton Jaguar Land Rover!

We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, customer-focused superstar to be the welcoming face and voice of Brighton Jaguar Land Rover in our showroom reception. Are you ready to be part of something extraordinary? Join us and make a lasting impression!


Some responsibilities include:

Welcoming and hosting customers in a first class automotive showroom
Overseeing the presentation of the reception area and customer lounge, including coffee preparation on commercial grade coffee machine
Supporting the sales team with appointment setting, sales follow-up and scheduling
Answering calls and returning calls, taking messages
Supporting other staff with VicRoads-related tasks, registrations, transfers etc
Managing excel spreadsheets, sales paperwork, and accounts processing

To be considered for the position, you will have:

Experience in a busy workplace with an ability to multitask
A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
A confident phone manner & well-developed communication skills
Intermediate computer skills
