Seeking an individual as a medical receptionist to complement our busy Family Medical Practice on casual basis, commencing immediately.

The role is suitable for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our exceptional team and network. The successful candidate will be assisting with the day to day running of the practice reporting directly to the Practice Manager.

The successful applicant will require to work on a rotating roster, morning and evening sessions with availability to cover annual leave and personal sick days as required.

Successful candidate will have the following experience.

Knowledge in working with Best Practice software.
Professional presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrate ability to prioritize and organize, with attention to detail.
Have a calm and professional demeanor.
Be well-presented, friendly, courteous and obliging at all times.
Effectively communicate with doctors from various ethnic backgrounds.
Essential Criteria:

Must have previous Medical Reception experience, Competent using Medical Software (Our clinic is currently using Best Practice Software)

Full COVID vaccination required.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Medical receptionist: 1 year (Required)
