We are seeking a commercially minded and strategically capable Marketing Manager – Development to join our national Sales and Marketing team. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end marketing for new development projects, from insight-driven planning to campaign execution and performance measurement. You will play a critical role in shaping how Australians choose to live in retirement.

What you will be doing

You will:
Lead marketing strategy for new development projects, delivering integrated campaigns that drive sales volume, speed, and price outcomes
Design and implement campaigns across media, digital, creative, CRM, and content
Monitor and manage campaign performance, using data and insights to refine strategy and maximise return on investment
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Development, Sales, and external agencies, to ensure alignment of project and customer goals
Apply local market intelligence and customer insights to create compelling go-to-market plans tailored to each community
What you will bring
Over five years of experience in marketing, ideally within retirement living, residential property, project marketing, or masterplanned communities
Proven ability to plan and deliver successful campaigns across multiple channels
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on measurable outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A growth mindset and passion for delivering customer-led solutions
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous
