We are currently looking for a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our Melbourne-based team and play a key role in shaping our brand’s next chapter.

Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing strategies that showcase our print services to existing and emerging markets. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for a creative thinker with strong business acumen and a passion for marketing in a production-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and print.
Identify growth opportunities and develop targeted B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to align messaging and branding.
Manage SEO, website content, social media, and email campaigns.
Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Represent the brand at trade shows, expos, and industry events.
Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (minimum).
Postgraduate qualification in Marketing (e.g., Master’s degree or Graduate Diploma) highly regarded.
Certification from the Australian Marketing Institute (e.g., CPM) is a plus.
Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably in the print, manufacturing, or advertising sectors.
