Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Full-Time Contract | $65K–$75K pro rata + super | Melbourne CBD
Contract: Early Sept 2026 – 26 Feb 2026

Midsumma Festival is seeking a creative and driven Marketing and Communications Coordinator to help deliver marketing campaigns and digital content for Australia’s premier LGBTQIA+ cultural festival.

You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to create content, social media, publicity, and campaign material across major festival programs, including the three-week arts and cultural festival, Midsumma Carnival, Pride March, and Victoria’s Pride.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, community, and working in dynamic event environments.

Festival Dates: Sunday 18 January to Sunday 8 February 2026.
