Marble Korean Steakhouse is redefining Korean BBQ in Australia. We are not your typical steakhouse, we’re a premium, full-service dining experience where theatre meets tradition. Located in PORTSIDE WHARF, we’re growing and looking for passionate, professional Wait Staff to join our front-of-house team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We want individuals who take pride in great service, thrive under pressure, and bring energy and elegance to the floor. You'll be the face of Marble, guiding guests through our menus, working closely with our grill chefs, and delivering memorable moments with every table.

You’ll ideally have:
– Previous experience in a premium or fast-paced restaurant
– A strong work ethic and passion for hospitality
– Great communication and teamwork skills
– An eye for detail and a desire to go above and beyond
– Flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and evenings
– A current RSA (or willing to obtain)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

– Delivering warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service
– Guiding guests through the Marble menu and Korean BBQ experience
– Managing table sections and coordinating with kitchen and grill teams
– Keeping service areas clean, polished, and ready for action
– Supporting your team through busy services with style and speed
