Job description
We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a leading manufacturer and supplier of a range of high quality and luxury rooflights into the commercial sector as well as trade and residential customers. The basic salary on offer is £30K - £35K with the potential to earn £60K + with bonus and commission.

Duties and Responsibilities

Identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads from various sources, including marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, and outbound efforts.

Initiating contact with potential clients, introducing the company and its products/services, and building rapport.

Understanding customer requirements, identifying business opportunities, and gathering relevant information.

Negotiating and closing sales deals, handling objections, and finding solutions that meet customer needs.

Managing and developing assigned customer accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and maximising sales opportunities.

Following the sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring accurate recording of information, and maintaining customer records.
