About the role

As the CHSP Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of Commonwealth Home Support Program services. This position blends proactive administration with client and team support, helping ensure the smooth operation of CHSP-funded services, including community transport, in-home support, and social programs. You will help maintain accurate records, uphold excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with aged care quality standards.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have

Demonstrated administrative expertise, including accurate client record management, invoicing, and professional correspondence.
Experience using CHSP platforms such as DEX and the My Aged Care provider portal is highly regarded, with an ability to quickly learn and navigate similar systems.
Sound understanding of CHSP guidelines and aged care principles, with a strong focus on reablement approaches.
Highly organised and solutions focused, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders across all levels.
