Sales Leader

As a key part of the store leadership team, the Supervisor helps drive sales, develop talent, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. They step in for the Store Manager when needed and ensure smooth daily operations.

Lead by example—greet every customer and coach associates on service.
Build product knowledge and brand loyalty across the team.
Support decisions that drive results and elevate the customer experience.
Own visual merchandising and adapt based on performance.
Enforce policies and promote a safe, compliant store environment.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year of supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Passion for fashion, people, and performance.
Flexible, motivated, and ready to lead in a fast-paced setting.
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
