Full job description
We are looking for talented and driven hosts and bussers to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as ensuring our guests receive excellent service throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome upon arrival
Seating guests at their tables and providing menus
Assisting servers in delivering food and beverages to tables
Clearing and cleaning tables and tableware
Responding promptly to guests' requests and inquiries
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room
Answering phones and making reservations
Ensuring the smooth flow of guests through the restaurant
Requirements:

Prior experience as a host and/or busser in a high-end restaurant (one year minimum)
A working knowledge of guest reservation software (e.g. OpenTable)
A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
