Data Entry Executive

ob Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to support the Inbound department. The role involves accurately entering and managing data related to incoming shipments, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), stock entries, and inventory updates in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter inbound shipment data into the system (GRNs, ASN details, SKU information, etc.)
• Verify physical goods received with system data and supplier documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure timely and correct data entry
• Update stock and inventory records in real-time or as per the process schedule
• Maintain logs and records of all inbound transactions for audit and reference
• Identify discrepancies in documents or physical stock and report them promptly
• Support documentation tasks such as printing labels, GRNs, and shipment receipts
• Maintain data confidentiality and ensure data integrity
• Assist in generating reports related to inbound performance, damages, and shortages

Requirements:
• HSC / Graduate in any stream (preferably commerce or logistics)
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in logistics or warehouse operations
• Knowledge of WMS or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
