Job Description:

- Receive shipments, unpack, quality check, tag, & steam merchandise according to the boutique’s procedures

- Enter stock into our inventory systems

- Facilitate stock transfer between store locations & warehouse

- Update online products and oversee smooth operation of the online store

- Oversee that online orders are correctly filled, neatly packed, and shipped out on time

- Responsible for maintaining organization of warehouse and stock rooms

- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff

- Assist in maintaining outstanding store aesthetics & visual merchandising standards

- Assist in other areas as needed, while maintaining an upbeat & positive attitude. Must be a team player, extremely organized, a quick learner, and also self motivated when working alone.

Previous management experience (or other relevant experience) is required.
