We don’t expect you to come in with painting experience — we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What we’re really looking for are reliable, motivated, and hardworking individuals ready to commit to an active and rewarding summer.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to doing quality work
Solid communication skills and a willingness to learn
What You Can Expect to Earn
Your income depends on how quickly you learn and how much you commit — and most of our team members are surprised by how quickly they pick it up.
Average hourly rate: $25
Top painters earn: $25–$27 per hour
Expected earnings: $9,000+ from May to August
Top performers: $12,000+ with leadership potential and growth opportunities
