Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Calgary, AB Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: Summer/Fall 2026

Ryan Murphy Construction is growing—and we’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-impact commercial projects and help shape how we operate behind the scenes. If you’re passionate about building great spaces and great teams, this is your chance to make a real mark.

What You’ll Do

· Lead 2–4 active construction projects from pre-construction to close-out

· Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and site coordination

· Communicate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure alignment

· Mentor junior PMs and coordinators

· Collaborate with leadership to improve internal systems and workflows

· Drive innovation and continuous improvement across project delivery

What You Bring

· 7+ years in construction, including 3+ years as a PM

· Strong understanding of drawings, contracts, and project lifecycles

· Proven leadership and team management skills

· Proficiency in Procore, MS Office 365, Adobe Suite

· PMP or Gold Seal Certification (an asset)

· Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
