Our well-established small animal practice in Auburn Bay, Southeast Calgary, is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and professional Veterinary Receptionist to join our close-knit team.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or similar animal care setting
Proven ability to provide exceptional client service while managing administrative tasks
Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
Comfortable handling phone calls, appointment bookings, and front desk duties
Proficient in animal restraint to support veterinarians and technicians
Solid understanding of veterinary hygiene protocols and procedures
Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively
Kennel care experience
Bonus Qualifications:

Prior training in animal handling or veterinary assistance
Living near or within proximity to Auburn Bay is preferred
