Full job description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Transport Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in transport refrigeration systems. This is a mobile position, where the successful applicant will drive to various sites within Calgary and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities of this position include:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair transport refrigeration equipment.

- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Operate mobile service truck

- Complete work orders on time

- Other shop duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
-Journeyman preferred, previous experience with working on refrigerated and heated trailers and asset

- Education/Training with a recognized Post-Secondary Trade Institution
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics

- Excellent communication skills

- Work both independently and as a team player
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driver's abstract

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
