Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will be essential in delivering an exceptional experience to our patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
Take customer orders accurately using the POS system and process payments efficiently.
Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding the drink menu.
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering when necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining accurate records of sales.
Skills

Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
Proficiency in using POS systems for order taking and payment processing.
Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
