Support month-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.

Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Provide support in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Assist in the mentoring of interns or junior staff members as required.
Participate in audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
Skills
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
Familiarity with financial management concepts within the financial services industry.
Ability to manage accounts payable processes effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration within the team.
