Morland Bathrooms – Leeds City Centre

Full Time | c£27,000

Are you passionate about interiors and have a flair for design? Do you love helping people bring their ideas to life? We’re looking for a reliable, personable and design-savvy Sales & Design Consultant to join our small, friendly team at Morland Bathrooms – a leading name in high-end bathroom design based in the heart of Leeds.

About the Role:

Working from our stylish Leeds city centre showroom in The Calls, you’ll guide our customers through the entire bathroom journey – from first hello to final sign-off. Whether it’s greeting walk-in clients, helping them design their dream bathroom, coordinating installations or providing aftercare, your role is all about ensuring each customer has an exceptional experience.

This is a full-time, permanent role (37 hours/week), including regular Saturdays:

Monday to Friday: 9 am – 5 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 3.30 pm (with a day off in the week)
Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming clients into our showroom and understanding their needs
Designing high-end bathrooms tailored to each client’s style and space
Managing the project from sale through to installation and aftercare
Handling enquiries, offering expert advice, and building lasting relationships
Ensuring every client receives exceptional customer service throughout
What We’re Looking For:

A genuine interest in interiors and bathroom design
Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
PC literate and comfortable learning new systems
Organised, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards
A design qualification or experience in interiors/kitchens/bathrooms would be a plus
