Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced carpenter/multitrade to oversee operations within our team. The ideal candidate will have strong carpentry experience with a working knowledge of all trades. Applicants must have their own tools and their own van. The successful candidate will be helping to lead a small team to complete loft conversions, extensions and home renovations.

Duties

Organising the daily work flow effectively for a small team
Representing the company with clients and helping to ensure customer satisfaction
Ability to meet deadlines
Quantifying materials and the timeline in which they are required
Ensuring the staff within their team are compliant with health and safety regulations
Skills

Carpentry 1st and 2nd fix experience essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving the desired outcome
Proficient in problem-solving, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
