Job Title: Packaging Associate / Operator

About Us

Trafa Pharmaceutical Inc. is a natural health product manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality health products. We are looking for a motivated Packaging Associate / Operator to join our growing team and support our packaging line operations in a GMP-regulated environment.

Job Responsibilities

Operate and monitor packaging line equipment (bottle fillers, cappers, labelers, etc.)
Perform setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting of packaging machinery
Inspect packaging materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
Accurately complete production and packaging documentation (batch records, logs)
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular sanitation of equipment and work surfaces
Report any equipment malfunctions, deviations, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
Assist with inventory of packaging materials and components
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as part of the production team
Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging (pharmaceutical, food, or nutraceutical industry preferred)
Ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25–50 lbs as required
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Basic mechanical aptitude is an asset
Work Environment
